The "Run System", owned by Mango Sport System, was the first measure system ever used and patented on bicycle, ski and climbing helmets. The Run system is fitted inside the helmet and consists of a ring and a rotating device that allows the helmet to be adapted to any head size with maximum comfort in one movement.
ADJUSTABLE VENTILATION SYSTEM
To meet all consumer needs, Mango has added a ventilation system equipped with an open/close button. This system allows to choose the right indoor ventilation.
The micrometric buckle
The micrometric buckle is used on bike, ski and rock helmets and this is an adjustable system of torque straps. It is composed of a knob and a graduated stick that allows a quick adjustment of the chinstrap, without compromising the hands-free clutch.
REMOVABLE EAR PADS
Some models are equipped with removable ear pads. Such ear cushions can be fitted and removed to ensure the right portability and ventilation solution for each consumer.
GLASSES ELASTIC
All ski helmets are equipped with the goggle elastic.
There may be different models, but they all guarantee maximum wearability of the glasses.
SHELL
The helmets are made with different shell application technologies, but they all guarantee the maximum quality (injection ABS, thermoformed ABS, thermoformed PC).
CE EN 1077
All SKI helmets are subject to the European standard CE EN 1077. The legislation imposes numerous tests that assess the ability of shock absorption, the resistance to simulation of edges (eg: sidewalks, etc.), against slipping after a collision, of the chinstrap and areas that are really covered. Helmets are also exposed to thermal fluctuations during testing, leading to significant temperature heat up to +50°C and cold as low as -20°C. These tests are performed to check the components' response to thermal shock and to determine the strength and assess helmet safety in different environments and situations.
