We have stopped shipping to the UK. Because people in the UK still expect that when they order in the EU they order will be handeled in the same speed as before the Brexit. We can't promise that anymore. Due to import process and customs clearance.
NO VAT??
Also on the website in the checkout the prices where show whiteout VAT, also the invoice doesn't include VAT. The customers form the UK expect that they won't pay any VAT at all.
We have received a lot of complains about it. But we never get complaints about this for people form the USA, Switzerland, Canada or Australia.
Just send your product back to the adress below. Then sent your delivery ticket with the price to us. We pay back the amount on your bankaccount. No express sending aloud.
